Ve středověku lidé věřili, že jejich smysluplný tvar povzbuzuje sexuální apetit..my jsme tyto účinky nezpozorovali, ale podíl vitaminu C srovnatelný s citrusy je i tak silným argumentem pro to se do nich zamilovat...

Lyofilizace je postup, kdy je plod vysušen mrazivým šokem. Díky tomu si například naše jahody zachovaly veškeré vitaminy, aniž by byly obdařeny jakýmikoliv jinými konzervanty či barvivy. Nelekněte se váhy, 10g je už slušná hrstka čerstvých jahod (mix plátků a kostiček).
